Hi everyone, I wonder if it is possible to de-activate the snap function in the composer of Mulab.
I mean to move a sequence just a little bit and not a whole beat or measure.

Yes it is. There are two grids: composer for arranging parts and part for arranging events.

Down at the bottom left, you'll see the current grid setting (e.g. "Bar" or "1/16th"). Click it. Up pops a menu with "No grid" on it. Select "No grid" and no grid will be enforced.
