i'm eager to check in a bunch of custom chord sets in july. I saw that the names of the own chords show numbers like -1, 4 etc related to the notes selected. Would it be possible to rename those for a better overview?

Yep, that's possible! You can find a "Rename" icon on the Own Chords page. If you don't set an own name, Sundog will display the numbers. Otherwise it will use your own text

Sundog keeps getting better all the time -- one of those precious few online software purchases that continues to add value after the initial purchase.

Hauke, have you submitted to Ben @ KVR for a vendor sub-forum to represent "Feel Your Sound", so that customers can have a proper place to comment about bugs and feature requests, and you can have a proper place to post product announcements?

Does the full version map all the available chords to keyboard keys? right now the demo only seems to support one row (in this case C Major when set to C and Major).. I can only use one octave of my 5 octave keyboard to trigger chords and only the current basenote's.

But I want to play an E minor over G (as example). I can click on such a chord but I cannot seem to find a way to trigger it on my keyboard (short of switching basenote).

The demo and the full version work the same in this regard. It is possible to trigger more chords, but not all.

In version 2.1 it's also possible to collect own chords and then trigger them with the keyboard. Maybe this could be helpful for you, too.

I like both flat designs and fake hardware interfaces. The real question is whether the current UI establishes a clear and consistent vocabulary. Is the interface designed in such a way that clickable buttons are immediately obvious and clearly differentiated from non-interactive info boxes?
