Coolness.
I have been using it live to kick in a Tape Flange on vocals, drum solo's> and also Keys like Zebra2 mostly thick string pads, etc.
Always had issues with the MIDI note/trigger going off when I didn't want it to.
Do you have a work around for this..?

If not I do, but it's a Scope Modular Patch I made that generates constant LFO's and somehow this tricked the Fader on Satin to at least retrigger but silently while getting that Jet Airplane thickness Tape Flange.
Would love to hear how others have found a way around this.

I always use UHBIK's flanger for jet sounds. I use Satin for saturated delays, or saturation over 1 or more tracks. Sometimes i use it on the master.

So your "solution" is irrelevant for me personally.

I see, the terminology I used was not proper, Jet Flange is now a parameter on the Uhbik Flanger, sounds nice too, think I'll get them just for general purposes.

But will definitely be keeping Satin for Tape Flange (not Jet).

Old timers referred to the tracks using Tape Flange as a Jet so now I know what to call this.
Tape Flange.
I will see maybe if a pair of Uhbiks can get that sound with slight offsets.
If not Satin sure sounds great for it.

Why not buying a tape recorder and do a "proper" tape flange? With the proper amount of pressure on the tape, you can get amazing flanging sounds 8)

^ you need two tape recorders for stereo flanging

True that :P

Fun to play with for sure :)

Very true as we had an FOH that was very talented and no plug in ever got close until I messed with Satin for a while.

I was hoping others here perform and might have some other tips.
We tried this live on vocals and it even sounded good on some gals iPhone 6.
I have an amazing 88 note controller that can not only control my rig but parameters on 2 different mixers we use.
My FOH uses an Android tablet where he only needs to control levels. But walks around instead of being seated.
But :-) has made one he'll of a Good plug in with Satin.
I plan on using more instances after the Z170/Skylakes are released as we need another racked PC.

Thanks to whoever made this Tape Flange possible.....

I had the same problem and they promptly sent me a new build3344, which behaves as expected.

best flanger!
