And if you get it (and haven't demo'd it already), you might want to get ready to dig into the manual. The first two weeks I had PPG Wave 3 I barely read the thing and kind of dismissed the synth as a little too rudimentary. BOY was I wrong! I took the advice of Ingo and dug deeper, the Wave is a truly awesome synth. It's yet another Waldorf synth where, the more you use and learn about it, the more you get paid back. It's phenomenal imo.Numanoid wrote:I get no discount why I put it in the cart ?Apostate wrote:There is also a nice discount in cart for Waldorf's PPG Wave. Trust me, you want this synth

Yeah, but that kind of goes without saying, that code is valid for most purchases at JRR.paulevs wrote:Use code: GROUP
And 15% or so rebate, aint much to make a big fuzz about...

the "dvi"s are total crap imo (mellotron for instance - gotta check, which products of the bundles are included as dvis and which not). i got two of the dvis for free w/ my alesis controller and they are just worlds behind the technical standards of today, and in pretty much every aspect (sound, user interface, compability, ...)Fleer wrote:Sonivox Melody Maker, Studio Guitars, Studio Perc at $49 each instead of $149 until July 31, but are they any good ?
plus you "get" the usual horrible (technical) support, which suffers pretty much every inmusic brands company from (air being another "good" example). i would definitely not spend any money on those bundles, partly because of the outdated content, partly because of my personal experiences with that distributor.
however, i do acknowledge that there might be people who just love the products - as it's always the case
EDIT: just had a closer look at those bundles - seems that they are comprised pretty much solely of dvis... in that case, my honest advice would be to save the money and spend it on something better. really, if it was 10 dollars or so and you had an acute moment of GAS, then i would say ,go for it`. othwise not

Cheers Sim.Sky, more or less what I thought.
Have to say that I do appreciate the way Simon Bangs from InMusic runs support. He's one of the most efficient support managers I ever had to contact.

Well, I do still like, even love, their EightyEight 2. It's got something special that makes me love to play it. Particularly those layered presets and combinations.

Air Music makes quality products like Hybrid, Loom, etc.
It's kind of weird to me that they want to be so associated with Sonivox. It took a pretty rock bottom sale for me to invest in Air Music plugs, thinking they were Sonivox creations in disguise...
