right im gonna set up a little groove mission
i'll supply a bank of presets for the sampler
thats all you allowed to use
and we see what people come up with
anybody interested
well set up a collab thread over at TF so we dont clog this place
oh and mac guys welcome (archives are cross platform)
rules would be(updated)
1 only sounds used would be in the soundpack supplied
2 only fx used are tracktions native filters
3 you may add vocals and or one live instrument all programming must be with the sampler
4 you can collab within the collab so you may wanna make a tune with a freind or someone on the other side of the world or whatever
5 the tunes gotta kick ass
well set up a vote and i'll ship one of my comercial sample banks off to whoevers tune gets the highest votes
right i'll stick a vote on this and well get it going if enough people wanna jam

So I can play keys live and record the audio directly but I can't play plugins via recorded midi right?
"Obviously" I wouldn't but whats to stop the cynical rendering midi tracks to audio and claiming ultra tight live playing?

perhaps only the audio supplied then
ive setup a thread at TF in the collab section
any particular instruments or drums you want post there
all requests and questions on whats actually gonna be in the pack will be answered there

thats when well kick it off and the first one will last a month

small update
weve had a few requests on what to put into the pack
you need to go to trackion faction and post if you want something specific in the pack
thanx to the guys who already posted
i still cant find a lute yet
oh and joe at TF has agreed to play the guitar for the pack
so ideas on styles would be nice also
