t6 not reading some loops

i have some loops that are in a wav. format yet t6 won't let me load them into a project. all of my other daws have no problem. what could be up?

Just wondering if it might be down to metadata or some settings or other. Not sure how to deal with it though. Maybe (assuming Windows) you could right-click and look at the properties.
Do you have an editor you could load it into, make a tiny irrelevant change, and then save it from? Not ideal, but might get your loops working.
