Should this sale price be used as a guide for the price floor for Sample Logic's instruments when making future buying decisions?

There are a couple of Havoc multis in the "TryPack" that was on sale recently and I find that I like the sounds I can get from the multis very much, including coaxing some melodic stuff out of them. So I am going to bite on this offer from VSTBuzz.
