BeatStep PRO BitWig

I have tried the 2 scripts for the BSP and BitWig

one gives you the 3 main 1, 2, 10
and the other gives you all 1-16 & Omni

the problem I'm having is that if I use a vst say the arturia mini v 2
both the scripts work in sequence mode

but if want to midi learn some controls on the vst
in control mode it doesn't seem to work

but it will let you midi learn any of the Bitwig controls

after contacting the boyz at Bitwig they said it must be the script not routing the cc's properly

can any body shed any light on this problem
