Little of topic .. but

(nothing against stfancrs's comment!)

Americans are not stupid. They have a very skilled top elite (media, politicians, corps) that know how to manipulate the masses.

This may not always be the case, but people reaching the top of those chains must often have a very greedy personality. And greed, how evil it may be, is still on of the main reasons humans exist.
Think of it.. how do you have to act to reach the top?
