Zebra 2.7.1 Defaults Won't Stick

For the life of me, I can't get the default I choose to stick!
It's not a huge deal I know, but I was wondering if this is being looked into or if there is a fix/workaround.

This version of Zebra does not remember the defaults, install the previous beta version or stick with this (I think minor) problem.
URS is already working on a solution AFAIK.
I know it cause I already asked this question and I installed the previous beta with no problem at all.
