Hello,
1) When I change to another sound, it does not play unless I move the fader on my sequencer. It seems like the communication between my sequencer and VIP cuts off.
- all connections are correct and connected
2) I laid down a few tracks but when I adjust one track to lower the volume all the tracks go lower
So overall I think there is miss communication from my sequencer to the VIP2 or the other way around.
Thank you,
Bmac

Hi BMAC,
Not sure exactly what problems you are seeing, but here's a few suggestions:
a.) For problem [1], try looking at a 'list-view' of the midi-events you are sending on various channels to your Receptor. I'm curious if there is a 'volume=0' event that might be happening when doing a patch change.
b.) For problem [2] - I'm guessing that all of the Receptor channels that you are using are either configured to have the same Midi Channel, or are all configured to 'Omni'. Go to each Receptor channel, and look at the Midi configuration to sort that out.
Hope that helps,
Kevin L
