No favourites when in "Root"

Hi there,

when I select to "show only favourites" and I am in the "Root", I cannot see all my favourites anymore. I know that it was possible in an earlier version of Meldaplugins. Is this a bug? Or are there any plans to get some feature back to "show all favourites"?

Hi Manu,

actually I think it never did that. The problem is, without limiting the search to at least one folder, there could be just way too many presets and the browser could be hard to use not mentioning the additional CPU requirements. And sure, there won't be that many favourites, but then it still would be just weird if showing favourites would show more presets than without that option.

Ah, I think you are right. It might be that I used the search engine with something like " " and favourites enabled so that it searches something like nearly all presets + which are the favourites. I am not on my machine right now, but I will test it later. Maybe this was my technique, which worked and maybe still will work ...

I checked it: the technique works, hehe.

So for eveyone who would like to list all his favourite presets, you can do this:

1. Type in " " in the search field
2. Click on "<3 show" (show only favourites)

At least here it shows ALL the favourites afterwards!
