Does this mean I will not get that deal since I am already subscribed to their newsletter? In any case, I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to see if it triggers some email.Numanoid wrote:I found this message in my mailbox this morning:20 EUR Best Service Welcome Bonus

Well I will bet that if you subscribe with a new google mail address then you will receive the bonus again. And I don't believe the discount code is tied to the email address.SirKen wrote:Does this mean I will not get that deal since I am already subscribed to their newsletter? This is hardly the best BestService promo though. The deal they are offering is not really more than 25% off.
They do frequent 50% off promos, so I rather wait for such a promo to appear again, than jump on this €20 rebate.

You can just use it when there is a 50% promo. I did there is not restrictions like other places.Numanoid wrote:This is hardly the best BestService promo though. The deal they are offering is not really more than 25% off.

Yes ok that way restrictive. What I meant was that you can still use the discount code when they have a sale. If more than 30 days have passed then of course not. Else just wait with subscribing until they have a sale.Numanoid wrote:Looks like restrictions to me:Hans25 wrote:I did there is not restrictions like other places.

Now Arturia Oberheim 12v "sale" price is $84, so it probably was a mistake anyway - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/software ... e-download

Just a quick question -- Has anybody PM'ed biomedigital about the graphics in their posts? Are they convinced that they'll make more sales that way than they'll lose by pissing off us grumpy anti-graphics activists?
I really don't want to have that fight again. The last three or four times were a drag for everybody involved.

I don't remember PMing biomed (quit that awhile back... some were polite, but a few were indignant).GreyLion wrote:Just a quick question -- Has anybody PM'ed biomedigital about the graphics in their posts? Decided to go the public route, which has worked for the most part... even with BM (BD?) last time.
I'd imagine "non-abiders" do better a drawing attention... that's the idea, and what gets out-of-hand, right.
Even patchadams' rainbow text un-levels the playing field, in my opinion.
But, the moderator sanctioned "gentlemans' agreement" is about non-text elements (and common sense?).
I think we're just left with mild public shaming and boycotting as recourse.
