I would say that the best thing is to just test them individually. Just disable the amp simulator and test one knob after the other and some together. This gave me an idea what they can do.

I have to correct my other post: I wrote "turn off amp simulator", but I just tested again and I think you can hear more noticeable differences, when distortion is rather high. Especially "Anihilator" and "Demolisher".
