Is the demo still 32bit only? It's not showing up in Logic.

Having validation failures with two machines (newer iMac, older MacPro), same setup: Logic 10.2.0 and Mavericks 10.9.5
Permission repair didn't help.

Filed a support ticket thru the webpage.

After updating I now don't have Sylenth 1 in Logic 9 (on Yosemite). The program is reporting that plugin Sylenth 1 is not available. Am I missing something here? I know this a 64-bit update but shouldn't the 32-bit version stayed untouched?

Sylenth does not appear in my plugin list too.

Logic X and Mavericks. It is installed and is in the components folder, but it does not show up in the DAW.

Yes, it's definitely there, in the component folder. I even removed the previous component and the 32live-ressurrected component before the 2nd installation, after the first one had crashed.

Works like a charm with OS X 10.10.5 and Logic Pro X 10.2

I have installed this by requesting a new licence.

Seems to install fine, but when I select it in Logic Pro X 10.2, I am prompted with an activation screen. Enter the activation code from the email and then presented with

Code: Select all (#)

"Unable to activate Sylenth1 (Error 22). Make sure your account has permission to write to the data folder : /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/LennarDigital/Sylenth1/"

In case this is the bug report thread, on the screenshots someone posted last night I noticed missing arrows on the copy and past menu buttons for the upper panels of the second layer of the new default skin.

And, to quote myself from the other thread:

"What I don't like so much is that both with the copy&paste feature and the Menu they have added another level, i.e. more clicks. I hate those menus with sub-menus to the side of the menu, I often move too far up or down with the mouse when moving to the right or left.

They should have done it like in Ultra Analog, where you open a similar menu by right-clicking, and then directly import the settings from the desired section. I. e. just 2 clicks instead of 4 or 5, depending on whether or not you have to switch the layer."

Great that the 64-bit version is available!

Can somebody confirm that the 3.0 VST version works in Ableton Live 9.2 on Mac OS X? The VST doesn't show up in Ableton's browser, the AU version does and works fine...

We've just updated the beta to version 3.006 which should fix the problem.

Just download the latest version from your license mail and re-install.

Tried to install 3.006beta. To clear the AU-cache didn't work for me, still crashing Logic 10.2.0 under Mavericks 10.9.5. Sent you the crash log via email Ruben.

The Logic Pro 10.2 & Mac OSX 10.9.5 combination does still seem to cause problems, most other configurations work

We're working on it and we expect to have a fix done asap...

So here is my question.. I know V3 was recoded from the ground up, does that mean it isn't suppose to null with 2.21?

I just did a simple test.
4 bars, one note C2 at 127 velocity of Arp 303 Saw (or whatever the first patch is called)

on Cubase on Mac running V3 and Nuendo on PC running 2.21...... the files sound different to me (PC (older filter) sounds a tad bit more aggressive and more bite to me), and the audio files definitely do not null.

Is this expected behaviour or stuff still being worked on?
Why does this matter?
Older projects will change.

But Ruben are they suppose to sound identical that is v2.21 and v3 'in genera'l?

hey there,

first of all a huge THANK YOU for the update - works perfectly in logic x! i also really like the new skins and the sizeable interface; which leads to my question: will it be possible to set a custom size as default, just like we can set a custom default skin?
