It seems two of the expansions are the same as when they had the offer with 7 expansion packs (MAGNATE HUSTLE and CARIBBEAN CURRENT). Are you allowed to resell these individually?

Would be useful to know whether you get an individual serial for each expansion when you purchase an expansion bundle. If so, you would think so.

I think so. Some have already gotten their licenses from JRR and registered them ok.

If they can't deliver, then they can always refund you. The sale goes until the 1st of October so you'd be able to buy somewhere else.

Spitfire should do their homework next time and don't put a trusty retailer in such a bad light because people buy rather from him then from them directly: It was pretty clear that they can't match the price if the usual coupon is allowed.

Usually it's bad business for a developer to undercut a vendor. If a developer gets their share upfront why should they care about the profit margin of a vendor.

Unfortunately Music Matter has resold NFR's without permission. These versions dont include full support, updates, upgrades ect.
If you have purchased one of these versions I would recommend requesting a refund. We have reached out to them to clarify this.
