Some engineers prefer shelves to high and low pass filters for various reasons. I just looked at the filtertypes in Hive, and didn't see any shelves or tilt. not surprising as they are rare to find in synths. Sometimes I want that sound, the other filter types are all very surgical. Also how about a wet/dry filter amount on each filter? That might sound FAT.
Does U-he have any synths with a tilt filter in? Zebra?
I haven't seen tilt filters in many hardware units I've seen. Maybe never seen one. With the technology we have today, I think tilt filters should be in the filter list on every synth, why not?
love the sound of your synths!

There's a tilt filter in Zebra's distortion module.

but you know what i mean right, sometimes you want to trim the lows or highs a little, and not simply chop them off.
