I don't think it's too unreasonable to have a multi product installer place only the files needed for a checked plugin on a system.
It seems quite unnecessary when other developers can manage it.
Again people try to focus on this:
Imagine if every developer installed every file for every plugin they have with every install.
There is a good reason they DON'T
Anyway I'm done with the developer and this thread. I've made my point. People can make the decision if they want to do business with a developer who puts his own convenience ahead of his customer's.
