That thought crossed my mind before Howard chimed in. I wonder if the pin-stripping is distracting for the gui, even if it looks cool. I'm using your skin as of recently, thank you.

This theme is now slightly updated:

- Led buttons updated (for FX section, multicore, env and waveform selection for DCO)

- Brightness of Logo's adjusted

- Added striping around the knobs for reference when setting parameters

OP and Download link adjusted accordingly.

I have been dabbling with incorporating the new preference menu, but that will prob take some more time as taht code is all over the script and based on a much larger (higher res) GUI of the red wood Diva.

Well , thats what I see :D

Well that's weird. The knobs for that are right where they are supposed to be in the theme folder. Have you changed anything in the folder structure or files?

Post

No I havent,
I just gave it another try with a fresh download whit the same result.
In the "Patches" tab, i have also a layer with all the dashes around the Knobs.
The Knobs in the upper half will dissapear too when I change to any other setting (like Dual VCO).
It will also only display "Triple VCO" and "DCO" as text, after selecting any of the 5 Osc types.
So theres a lot broken (for me).
What you see here is actually the Osc:Digital tab :P

I just downloaded the old version from the u-he Device Skins page, and theres everything fine with it.

Edit: ecxept the black background of the Oscilloscope is too small

Are you sure you are dropping the OBIE Asylum folder into the U-he Themes folder?

Post

Yes, its all at its proper place.
So maybe can someone else comment on that if it works for him or not.

Post

Yes, let's see if others are experiencing the same issue.

AFAIK, the whole u-he product range is under public beta and there were some GUI related fixes.

The picture indicates it's rev3857 (current beta version) so that means that the skin might have some compatibility miss-matches atm.

Post

Good point 3ee. That might have something to do with it.

Post

It seems to work fine here, with the latest beta (under windows + bitwig). Every panel is displayed correctly.

Thanks for reporting drakmaniso.
