moving clips always snaps to the beginning under OSX

If I have a clip selected and I want to slide it forwards, backwards, to another track or edit the start/end points, the view is always moved back to the beginning of the track. I can still move the mouse in the direction I want to achieve the movement I wanted, but I can't see what I'm doing since the clip is no longer visible (unless it's at the beginning of the track).

Of course, this isn't a problem when I can view the whole edit at once (zoomed way out). But who edits any details that way? I can also select a clip and then change the numbers in its properties at the bottom; but for big edits it's much easier to grab the clip and move it directly and this is where the problem occurs.

Anyway, am I doing something wrong (for example, did I accidentally check the box marked "always snap focus to the beginning in order to annoy the hell out of the user"? :D)? Or is this a bug? Is it Mac specific?

thanks!
Joe

If this check box doesn't exist, it needs to be added for v2. :)

Seriously, can't help you mate. I don't recall ever seeing Tracktion do that, so I think it's a bug, and as I'm using Windows, I guess it is mac specific.
Someone shot the food. Remember: don't shoot food!
