I won't bump it that much, it will still be cheaper than Sonic Academy....Even though I think it is better... I might be slightly opinionated in this matter though!

It's not quite cloud only though. You can save locally as well.
Right click the GUI for a menu. There is a checkbox with "enable local preset saving".
It will still save "in the cloud" if online but will also save locally. Besides you also have the choice of making your presets public or private.

I confirmed the issue with AU validation on Logic X now b.t.w.
I still have a string somewhere in the plug stating it is version 1.4 and some other stating 1.5. Sigh, stupid error. Ableton is not as picky as it gladly accepts both the AU and the VST.

Now there, I just uploaded a fix for AU validation thingy.
It is exactly the same name and everything but should pass the AU validation in Logic.

About the cloud presets accessible offline.. missed that part of the question before, sorry. Yes and no.
Upon the installation of EuterpeXL there is no presets stored locally at all. Whenever a preset is loaded from online it is also saved/cached locally, if told to do so in the right click menu. From now on those presets will be available even if not connected to the internet.
Preset made by yourself is also always stored locally as well.
The screenshot of presets page on the homepage is a bit old so it doesn't show the cloud/local symbol on the presets but newer versions have it.

Preset vetting? How do you mean?
I've had the idea of implement voting of presets though and being able to sort on rating of the preset but it has been down prioritized.

I could add some note of how many presets showing and how many available on current search.
