Modulating Semitone or Octave in Hive gives same pitch amount?

This is quite ilogical, shouldnt moduled octave have bigger pitch amount?

Both parameters are "menu parameters", so they can't really be modulated. What you actually get is a hidden tune parameter that does +/-24 semitones.
