I think the developer will sell a lot till the end of October. I'll buy sure 3 of them if not all
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

The old site has been archived here:
http://web.archive.org/web/201509050833 ... nplug.com/
So if anyone wants more info on the plugins up for sale you should be able to find it here.
Also, if any existing LinPlug users need to download any extra files (manuals, installers etc.) they still seem to be accessible here. I downloaded the Mac versions of my LinPlug synths, just in case...
Wow, so this is what all those Alchemy users felt like

Thanks for the info everyone. Regarding RMV's included 2600 midi grooves, is it possible to use them outside of the plugin (drag them to/load them on a channel in the host) or can they only be used in the plugin?

I have a lot of LinPlug products, but was always a little frustrated by them. There would be good ideas, but they never really got taken as far as they could. For example, I thought Relectro had a lot of potential and had suggested to them that it would be great if the waveforms were expanded, or if users could import them or draw their own.

if rmv is anything like rmiv, it has a great built in tr-606 drum synth generatorMillerSam wrote:RMV has only sample based or can you also make synth drum sounds with oscillators ... ?
i personally prefer rmiv, it lacks the bloated loop slicer function... but 19.95
is still a great deal for it.

RMiV was discontinued long ago and no 64bit ever made. it can only be downloaded from archives. i have my serial for it as i bought it a few years ago. i even reskinned it and gave away the skin with peter's blessing.Numanoid wrote:It is RMIV that is being sold aint it?layzer wrote:i personally prefer rmiv, it lacks the bloated loop slicer function... but 19.95

Just got Linplug newsletter about this retire plugins and final sale stuff.
This is crazy. From linplug, I use Albino and RMV from time to time,
and 20$ for RMV is huge bargain. At 40$ I'd say the same.....

Could anyone tell what are RMV highlights ?
I'm quite excited by it, but there is not much raving reviews about it on the net... MusicRadar points out some little quirks, and finds the library a bit disappointing...
As far as drumsynthesis go, how good is it ?
How is the workflow ?
And, for a Geist and Drumatic4 user, is there any interest to grab it ?

I'd like *a lot* to use the loops and grooves outside RMV, any chance to have them in WAV or rx2 format for existing customers? Currently they are in proprietary format.
