We all read about Roland's new 'boutique' synths this weekend (or maybe you didn't) and that gave me an Idea to start a new skin for Diva again. This time in the higher resolution like the latest original Diva skin with the addition of the new preference panels and everything (all the stuff from the latest beta build Diva3857). It comes close to what an actual 'boutique' could (should?) look like versus what we have seen so far with Roland's new boutique..

Like the others i've posted here, this one is also free. I might venture further into different type of skins (more elaborate perhaps) and ask for a donation (thinking around $5,-) as a token for my time. Let me know what you think of that idea (fair or sucks?). I do enjoy making all of this, but all time spent on this is time I can't spend on anything else. I had done personalised skinning jobs in the past for a flat fee but never for the skins I posted here.

That looks sweet!

In a way it picks up some pointers from Divalicious (wish that one gets an update to the new HD GUI...). Well done!

Only the Moog-style knobs appear here (Reaper 5, Macbook Pro / Yosemite) - the rest are empty.

Bummer Howard! FWIW I'm on Reaper 5.0, MacBook Pro (2010), Diva 3819, Mountain Lion (10.8.5) and I've got all the knobs on all the modules/tabs.

Hmm.. but the Animations and Controls folders are in there in the theme folder of Diva Boutique Asylum?

The tabs (Main, Mods, Trimmers, Scope, Patches) look awfully blurry at 110%... Seems like those aren't "HD" yet.

That is correct ED. No worries though as I have started another project that will involve building some new GUI elements from the ground up. Some new knobs etc as well for a new theme. It will involve adjusting the coding to make them fit (new knobs that is).

Anyway.. that is a bit of a longer term project but I'll make sure to start on the bottom tabs first so it can be integrated in this one also. Or at least a variation of it. Must not give all of my next theme away... mhwuhhahaha... but it will be 'HD' also

Yes. Seems it had to do with file permissions of the animations sub-folders. All good now

Two small updates on this skin (DL updated):

- Fixed modifications panel; the red letter m indicating the mods was right across panel lettering.

- Fixed inconsistencies in the brightness of the panel display boxes (some of them were darker then others, indicating some shadowing whereas the panels themselves are flat faced, so it made little sense)
