ZEBRA won't accept registration codes after system reinstall

hi there,

upon getting a new computer i decided to do a fresh system install instead of time machine restore (OS X 10.10). I am unable to register the u-he zebra though. I am using the same codes that I have used for the last couple of years, but I always get "registration failed" prompt...

My name does contain special characters, however, I did not have such problems before... any suggestions? I managed to register hive and diva on the same system, but with zebra . zebra hz this is still no go.

I'm on Windows but this may be relevant.

I had some problems registering u-He products when using copy/paste. Not sure if this is your method, but when I manually entered the serials the registration process went without flaw.

If all else fails you, contact u-He's support. They are very good at helping and resolving issues. Just be patient....it is the weekend and someone may not be around.
