loading a custom color theme into t6

i have created my custom color for t 6 and saved it to my desktop. the question i have is, how do i load it into my lists of themes like the list that opens with default, greyscale pro etc. is this even possible? thanks.

You can't - just put it in your documents folder and load it from there

i would love to! could you give me a quick primer on how to do that? i am on a pc, and i'm old! lol!
