Is Cygnus able to sync to the host tempo?

Hi Krakli (or "Ian" ),
I like to make odd beats (9/8) or (5/4) for example.
Is it possible to sync these beats to the host tempo?
Like an LFO is modulating the pitch of an oscillator,
or the cutoff of a filter?
