Change All Same Midi Note Velocities at Once in T6?

Say your kick drum is C1 on the midi piano roll view, and say you have a 3 minute song where the kick drum plays all the way through and some kicks are hard and some are soft, and you want the velocity of each recorded C1 midi note to have a velocity of 99. Is there a way to highlight all the C1 notes and simultaneously change whatever velocity each one has so that they all have 99 (or any other value)?

Highlighting one note and then selecting "all notes with the same . . ." and then changing the velocity does not change all the velocities.

Manually highlighting each C1 note and changing the velocity setting does not do it either.

Works here, just tested it.

Seems to me selecting all notes of same pitch and adjusting, changes the velocities relatively. If you select, then Equalise/ velocities, then adjust, this should get you where you want to go.

Once upon a time on my Win xp box I routinely and successfully adjusted velocities "globally" as you two last contributors described.

A few years ago I built a new dedicated box with Win7 64-bit, tons of ram, fastest AMD processor, etc. And the functionality was still there.

After T6 arrived and installed I came to think that the functionality had been removed for some reason or, more likely, moved to a different place.

It appears that I just have one of those "ghosts in the machine," or I have a wayward setting somewhere inadvertently set that disables that particular function.

Installed update released sept 30th and full functionality returned.
