Would it be possible to show the hz.envelope of the "source" drum in the analyzer window? Typically I will "tune" the kit to the fundamental of the project, etc. I know, I know
, this is really just a lazy man's work flow thing. But like having the "keyboard" available in "Areas," it makes using the tool that much easier.

I'm afraid that probably won't be possible, I'll think about it, but it's quite complex, and usually impossible, as drums often don't have a pitch, and definitely not constant one...

...cool
...it's not so much "pitch" as "peak"...im using peak hold in mdeq at the moment set as the second plug, then "tune" the sample up/down to catch/match the peaks...once in the ball park, it's all by ear.../s~

Sadly that wouldn't work very well either. Doing that manually as an approximation is possible, but it's just guessing anyway, and eventually your ears are the judge...
