ah and i was hoping its a new feature i somehow cant findChapelle wrote:Yes, the folder was certainly created manually. There's currently no way in the u-he plugins to move presets that are marked as favourite automatically into a favourites folder.themachinelt wrote:How can i do that? For starters a "show favourites only" option should also exist in the patch browser

After the update we're in the comfortable position though that we can work on some new features. A better preset browser might be one of them.

+1 for new updated browser with instant favourite folder. Hopefully that can be accessed directly using program changes too.

Just create your own foldersthemachinelt wrote:ah and i was hoping its a new feature i somehow cant findChapelle wrote:Yes, the folder was certainly created manually. Personally, I have my own presets and third-party presets in two different folders. In my own folder, I have presets categorized by different genres to keep everything nice and organized

I also noticed the favorites folder in that video, and it caused me to spend a couple of minutes learning something about Hive that I didn't know. Right clicking a folder in the presets browser, I had the option of creating a JDoo's Favorites subfolder, right from the Hive GUI. Option dragging (on a Mac) - I could copy patches into that folder. Easy-peasy. It took less than a minute to put my favorites into the folder I created. All from within Hive's GUI. Thanks Urs and team for making this so easy. I've spent more time writing about this, than it took to do.
