How Do I Get The Plugins I'm Supposed To Have?

I just bought the upgrade to T6 with the DAW/Plugin Package. It's supposed to come with MasterMix and Micro Synth Pack. I've downloaded and registered the latest version of T6, but those plugins are missing? How/where do I get them?

Hi Carpenter,

just been threw it, kind of complicated....

You will get an email with a coupon code. Then go to the market place (follow link in email), add the plugs to shopping cart, enter coupon code, checkout (with again entereing all account information new....), then you have a NEW accoung in there (separate from the tracktion account) and can download it from there, copy to vst -dir and they should be there.

Must be a way too make it inside the market place in Tracktion but I dont know and dont like this stuff.

At least it was kind of annoying, but for that deal price..

for me, the update from Tracktion 2 worked so far.
I have chosen the option which includes Master Mix and Micro Synth Pack. So I started with the Master Mix Plug-in, entered the coupon and was able to download.
Second, I tried to get the Micro Synth Pack, entered, the same coupon and got the Message: Coupon is not valid.
Obviously the Coupon was a single-use thing.

My Question now is: How do I get my free Copy of Micro Synth Pack?
Hopefully anyone from the Tracktion-team is reading this post.
Or is there a simple way to send a support-request directly? On the Tracktion-Homepage I couldn't find a link for support. The only way to contact seems to be is this forum.

On my traction account dashboard i can see that I have the licences and a code number which isn't recognised, not a coupon as such. this is really old school stuff, not happy..

as I told before I just got an email the same time I get my payment receipt from Tracktion. It said something like:

"T6+ Coupon Code

You will also need to download the latest build of Tracktion.

Wonder why you dont get that email, as I told it was an annoying process but in the end it worked.

Maybe really better call support, normally they are very quick an nice.
