Hi,
I lost my cellphone today, and have been locked out of my gmail account because of 2-step verification.
Now I have successfully managed to log into my accounts for most of my music software, and changed the registration email to a new account I created today. But I cannot do this with u-he, because of how it works, with the registration code sent to your email.
Even though I have already blocked my phone number, I am concerned about someone misusing my account, and trying to change my password, or otherwise using the info inside. I should have access to the account by tomorrow, once my number is working again.
I did backup the codes for Zebra and Uhbik, but did not do so for Hive and Bazille. What would be the best next step? Just wait till tomorrow and hope its not misused by then, or change the registration email for my U-he plugins, and have them re-sent there?
Locked out of my email

Send an eMail to support at u-he dot com and give us as much information about yourself, your licenses and your old account as you can. What purchased where in which name and so on, just so that we can verify "you are really you". If you include your new eMail address, then we can update your licenses and send them to your new eMail account right away.

Some of these options may help if you need to gain access to other account with that gmail address: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185834?hl=en
Some of them need to be set up in advance, so they're not all helpful. The voicemail one might work though.

Thanks guys .. I was able to regain access to my account, and changed the password. It appears it was untouched, so it's all good I guess.
