I know this is boring stuff but it would be very useful to add some kind of button/menu item "save this size of the plugin as my prefered default size" and restore this size every time a plugin of this type opens.
For most of the plugins the current default size is ok but e.g. for the analyzers, were you most of the time want the window to be as huge as it can be, you have to resize permanently.
It would be nice if you could add this to your todo list (with a priority somewhere below zero
