Will Hive or any of the other u-he products be updated tomorrow to take advantage of the new NATIVE INSTRUMENTS NKS?

Urs told that Diva will be ready but HIve and Zebra have to wait until 2016

I think the "available October 27th" concerns NI's hardware and/or software update.

I don't know the exact roadmap (and even if, I couldn't tell you) but we're still in the preparation phase. From the u-he products mentioned in the promo video, Diva is first with others following next year. I certainly think Hive will be part of this too

Does that update change anything for Non-NI users?
Any changes in behaviour one should be aware of?

No, everything else is still like it was a few weeks ago.

Only, we added preset tagging (but not yet tag based browsing) and batch conversion of preset formats.

btw read the NKS and Preset Tagging guide that comes with the new Diva release for how to tag and batch convert Diva banks to NKSF format (or for that matter aupresets or fxp). u-he are leading where other plugin companies should follow here.
