Any music requires a system that changes its output over time. The now-proven Zeno effect indicates that quantum systems cannot change while being observed.

Right, or the implementation of quantum mechanics is about observing spin of subatomic particles, so the observer is seen to freeze spin. Interesting, "Zeno" effect. As Zeno posed the dialectic 'There is no void, therefore there is no movement." vs. "Movement requires the void so there is a void as there is a void because there is movement."

We consider ways of conceptualizing, rendering and perceiving quantum music, and quantum art in general. Thereby, we give particular emphasis to its non-classical aspects, such as coherent superposition and entanglement.>

I find it telling that you did not provide us with a link to the actual work, just this review thing which dumbs it down considerably and this abstract as its source, above. The abstract provides us with nothing more than the tags 'coherent superposition' and 'entanglement'. Coherent superposition is about adding waves to waves, in the mathematical sense, and checking for <coherence>; in that waves as an ideal property allow for temporally and spatially constant interference. HERE appears to be a departure point of these two physicists wanting to demonstrate their prowess (and I imagine get paid) via a look at music, conceptually.

Quantum art is coming, or at least the simulation of it. So don’t be surprised if you find a quantum melody playing at an auditorium near you someday soon.

I would venture to guess, not so much. There's no there, there. ("or at least a simulation of it"? What is that.) The authors conclude "We have pursued a strictly non-artistic [...] approach." So this is possibly very fascinating to see the maths of quantum mechanics worked out using kinda sorta musical conceptions, but such as 'far beyond Cage and classical aleatorics' is purely abstract. There is no actual musical idea here. And you of course prefer bullshitting to the hard work of getting musical chops together, just like you prefer posturing with a bare surface, copy/pasting to a real reading of the actual material you so fatuously present.

SO OK, OBY in his gradiosism Generosity accept to TEACH YOU (for this time only) So listen and watch carefully this episode where Jack O Neil OBY theaches this young scientific brain called MERRIN

TO JACK O NEIL a good BRAIN IN SCIENCE (I don't speak of youz here, cause u r far from it yet) is not ENOUGH to be fully HAPPY so :

Jack takes Merrin (a highly scientific brain that never, never plays) to a nearby school and the teacher allows her to participate in an art class, where the students are asked to paint something they love. Merrin, displaying a characteristic of her people the Orbanians, has a high scientific brain cautious of rendering the tiniest scientific details, and she struggles with the concept of ART FOR FUN, not understanding it at all, not even seing the point of it at all , and begins to paint a Naquadah generator in full SCIENTIFIC details and fine lines.

Jack A LITTLE NERVOUSLY, but kindly, turns quicly her perfect scientific drawing page over and gives Merrin a new blank sheet of paper to paint on and directs her to paint the flowers in Samantha Carter's lab.

Merrin struggles again with this task as well and draws a scientifically perfect scientificaly detailed flower in it's fine lines, then Jack had enough, he attempts directly to break her ""rigourous scientific mindset"" by asking her to paint a garden without the correct colors, the correct brushes or the correct fine details.

Eventually Merrin comprehends the ART FOR FUN and finally enjoys painting as free from all science facts as she can, thanking Jack WITH GREAT JOY for giving her this opportunity of learning new ways of doing things.

Jack offers her to stay on Earth again, but Merrin insists she must return to planet Orban and undergo the Averium to help her people SCIENTIFICALY (the Averium is a ritual that will suck up all her scientific learnings (in forms of nanites) and leave her as a vegetative child for the rest of her life) .

Jack takes Merrin back to the SGC and gives her a box of colored crayons before she returns to Orban. General Hammond threatens to Court-martial Jack, but he merely replies that he was giving Merrin a chance to be a normal child and will accept any punishment General Hammond decides to give him, which sways him into giving Jack no punishment.

Several days later Kalan (orban official) asks SG-1 to return to Planet Orban, and SG-1 is taken to the institution where past Averiumised children lived a vegetative life like automatic robots dolls.....

But surprise to them there this time, the institution is now filled with children playing, painting singing, rather than sitting around in an infant robotic state after their Averium, and SG-1 is informed that all past Urrone children like Merrin will now learn Jack O NEIL's ART FOR FUN before their Averium, as a result of positive changes that Merrin has brought about, in her discovery of Jack O NEIL OBY's ART FOR FUN without the scientific mind activated......
