Right you are about that! (Well, ALL of your points, that is!)

Buying it immediately. Thanks!

EDIT: The deed is done. :-)

haha good choice...you don't see LINPLUG and $20 in the same sentence too often
so when you do it's always good to pounce. i think virtual-synths, for the most-part, and though you can't eat them are generally a great investment because they don't wear out, can't be dropped and broken, and usually come with such a variety of sounds and the capacity to tweak and store them...that basically you have a lifetime of pleasure to be had from these things. and unlike girls...a virtual synth never gets mad if you have numerous others. so for me it's never whether i need a damned thing, it's whether i want a lifetime of pleasure...
and the answer is almost always...well...you get the point : G

so ya $20 & LINPLUG in the same sentence ...you two have a nice life together!!!
i used to always push the envelope...until someone showed me a letter-opener.

Yes, indeed - and it does also feel really good to be supporting this group, Linplug. I hope this sale was a rousing success and encourages their next moves into amazing projects for us!

Well, I have quite the Linplug collection here now! Going to be a lot of fun with these great sounding toys!

These presets are really inspiring - you were right!

Thanks mcc for keeping at me! :-)

I've started working through a few colour mods to the RMV GUI. Let me know if anyone is keen or would like to help finishing it up.

PS. I've check with LinPlug and they were happy for me to share the mod here.

Does it mean it would be possible to also release a slightly bigger GUI ?

What can be changed, and how do you go about changing things?

Cheers for the kind words... I'll be sure to post a link when finished. :tu:

I would love that but I have not messed with the code only the image files so unfortunately this one is above my pay grade! :ud:

The path on a MAC:

HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > Components > RMV.component > Contents > Resources

Would love to change the colour on text but have not been able to pin down a plist to mess with.

That is beautiful work, transverb! I will definitely use it when you release it! :-)

Ah it may not be possible in Windows then, you can't dig into the dll the same way that I'm aware of.

I cannot find a similar resources menu on the PC either. This may only work for the lucky Mac users.

Nice Mod of RMV but for Windows users we'd have to hack the .dll using ResHacker or some similar app..... :(

Wow, that does look nice. When you have it finished, I would like it as well. :tu:

You could always print out the GUI when it's finished and glue it to your monitor.
