Possibly why it might explain why I never got an email or an additional voucher via email .... I purchased MachFive second hand, and as I already have XtremeFX I never took the option up of registering the license that came with MachFive (in fact I bet the original MachFive owner probably still has the XtremeFX license that came with M5 - so if this is true he probably got the email/voucher!) :dog:

It could be that yes. However, it doesn't appear to be working for all users at the moment.
It's early days but at present we wait to hear of one successful cross grade on this thread.

Well (hopefully) that throws that theory out of the window :D

This price is valid for 3 months and will end on February 1st, 2016.
Thank Otristan for 3 months especially, this is what need.

I already owned XtremeFX when I bought MachFive, so didn't register the new code as there was obviously no reason to. So if that actually is the basis for knowing who is/isn't a M5 owner, then there are obviously issues with that. I received no additional voucher (already bought Falcon without crossgrade) so contacted the support address given in this thread straight away, still waiting on a reply to that.

But would hope the XtremeFX thing is not an issue. And sounds like others are not getting the crossgrade/voucher even though they probably have bought/registered everything normally, so yeah. Guessing/assuming there is a better method.

I will be happy with the voucher when it comes as I initially thought there was a chance UVI were just going to throw a deaf ear. An advanced/updated/awesome workstation compatible with UVI libraries is what I thought I was buying in M5, so will be relieved to get that now with Falcon. Overall, with combined vouchers and new features in Falcon, I can accept the situation. And the additonal voucher releases me from having to choose between gongs and traditions(!)

(if the voucher ever arrives... Just need to add that angsty pessimism, just in case)

I have problem with Falcon browser (on the right side where are presets). If I click on new created wavetable, Falcon crash. If i drag wavetable file from windows explorer and drag it into wavetable osc, it is working without crash.

Yes let me add my thanks too for coming through for us. Only thing is it's not in my account but I have sent a support ticket - tbh I'm not clear how you would know who the M5 owners are anyway unless you can get this via iLok or from MOTU.

Hmm.. what's going on with the 100$ voucher? I thought you get one of those when buying Falcon. Did I miss some deadline or something? Granted, I have not downloaded nor registered the plugin yet but I assumed you get it immediately after purchase. :?:
