rack wiring bug

although old, this bug had supposedly been fixed, so I'll submit it as a new bug:

I have a rack with an instance of SR202 in it, that has only the midi input wired up.

When the edit is opened, I need to do the disconnect/reconnect workaround to get the midi input working.

I think the problem is because I don;t have any audio inputs, 'cos other racks in the same edit initalize fine when the edit is opened.
