Unlocking Master Mix

Help please. Am trying to unlock Master Mix but when I follow the instructions for 'Offline Unlock' and get to the point where I press the bottom to generate an unlocking file all I get is several lines of "stuff" which has no file extension and does nothing if dragged as suggested. So very frustrating and disappointing to pay the money and then not be able to use the product and 'Help' is not a concept that Tracktion seem to understand!

Hi rvinson, that sounds odd. What OS are you using?
If you log into your Marketplace account via a web browser, go to your ACCOUNT and then "My Downloads" in the bottom right you should see Master Mix listed and next to it a link to "Offline Unlock". Follow this and fill out the details. When you press the "Generate" button the browser should download a file ending in ".tracktionkey".
How far can you get in the above steps?

I get to the point where the file is generated and it looks like this:

What this is I have no idea! If it is the file required, it has no file extension and it is not possible to add it.

If you add the extension ".tracktionkey" and then drag the file onto the box below where you found the machine ID in Master Mix does it unlock?
