The problem is, I was not able to save the preset because when my DAW crashed I lost what I was working on. But it is very easy to reproduce. All you need is 1 layer with 1 keymap. Delete the analog osc that is the default and add a sample oscillator. Bring the sample into it (I still have the sample) and apply an alternate loop to the middle section of the sample about 2/3 the entire width of the sample from the middle out. Apply cross fade to the end of the sample. I can send you the sample itself if you like.otristan wrote:If you have a preset which reproduce this, please send it by P.M.wagtunes wrote:Bug Report:
Made sample out of 3 synths. Imported into Falcon Sample oscillator. Applied alternate loop and cross fade. Played note and mid way through the sample my UR28M Steinberg sound card locked up and froze my DAW. Had to reboot computer.
This used to only happen with the stretch function. Now it seems the only sample based functions I can use are granular and multi granular. Anything else crashes my DAW.
Windows 7, 64 bit
Core 3 processor
16 gig RAM
Cubase 7.0.7
I haven't tried this in MuLab or Reaper yet but hesitant to because it gets tiresome having to reboot my PC every time this happens.
If somebody can look into this, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks.
Thanks !
In fact, I will simply attach it to this post so you can download it.
