Hello,
I've just updated Kontakt on a Receptor 2 successfully, all went well and tested fine. I then took the Multis folder of a Receptor TRIO and replaced the one on the Receptor 2 to update all the presets and sounds but now the Multis section of the mixer is blank.
When I view the drive, everything is there and has been copied to the right place. Just doesn't show up on the GUI or front panel.
Is there any way of refreshing/scanning the Receptors memory to pick up the Multi folder again? Quite strange as I had done the exact same process on 2 other machines last week which worked fine.

Hi
You can not just over write the folders it wont work .
you need to drop the contents of the multis folder of the source ie your trio into the "drop installers here" folder of the receptor 2.
After that you can install them from the gui in mix mode on the receptor 2 .
