I see other blue cat plugins have No Cpu Load On Idle / No Sound. I can't get this working? Is there a setting I've missed?

What do you mean? Can you maybe give us an example? It is also included in PatchWork. It may actually not work all the time if hosting synths (as we cannot decide for them when there is no sound), but with effects it will stop processing as soon as fed with silence unless the hosted effects are declaring an "infinite" tail size.

Do you actually get 0% when the plug-in is bypassed? The sating plug-in probably uses much more than 0.9% when active, doesn't it?

We will check it out. Maybe it is due to the fact that the effect includes a delay - not sure. Also, have you tried disabling the level meters in PatchWork?
