got it worked out now, cheers for the infoorigwt wrote:
the DAW only saves the program (all you did on the second page...matrix etc), not the resources.
when you made changes on the first page, you see this blue LED lighting up.
when you want to keep that changes you have to save the resource in the context menu (right/top corner)

Another experiment in monophonic mode, I noticed some glitches/bug when trying to edit time envelopes and wavetable envelopes, in certain situations they are not editable anymore as demonstrated at the end of the video (unintentionally). I haven't found out how to reproduce this behavior but it occurs quite often. Well, it's only a 1.0 release and everything else works pretty well.

So it was a permission issue, the folder with my Bank was set to "read only" for admins but to "read&write" for my user name which is a contradiction, I changed it manually and can now save presets to my bank.Sampleconstruct wrote:Cheers, I'll check.Dunc wrote:@Sampleconstruct
There is some info about creating new banks on the support page for Phonem. Maybe worth a look to see if it's any different to what you are doing...

What Phonem really needs is a “Save Preset With Assets“-function, otherwise it will be impossible to share presets or port them from one computer to another.

Import/Export Of Bundles
When you use own resources (UTD files) in your presets, and want to send your bank via e-mail, you should export it with the Export bundle functions.
The output of this function is a xxx.phbnk file, which contains the fxb bank together with the UTD files.
Using Import bundle, the fxb and the UTD files are unpacked and put into the right folders. Please note that this function overwrites existing files with the same name.

wow, that demo is very nice !Sampleconstruct wrote:Another experiment in monophonic mode, I noticed some glitches/bug when trying to edit time envelopes and wavetable envelopes, in certain situations they are not editable anymore as demonstrated at the end of the video (unintentionally). regarding the envelope:
you mean the situation when an edit point goes out of scope ?
we will check that.
looks like it happens in a loop mode.

Thank's - it happens when trying to edit loop length, at some point the envelope does not react to the mouse anymore and it's trial and error (mostly error), in most cases it can't be edited at all.origwt wrote:wow, that demo is very nice !Sampleconstruct wrote:Another experiment in monophonic mode, I noticed some glitches/bug when trying to edit time envelopes and wavetable envelopes, in certain situations they are not editable anymore as demonstrated at the end of the video (unintentionally). when the envelope is in loop mode the 4. point is for the loop width.Sampleconstruct wrote:Thank's - it happens when trying to edit loop length, at some point the envelope does not react to the mouse anymore and it's trial and error (mostly error), in most cases it can't be edited at all.origwt wrote:wow, that demo is very nice !Sampleconstruct wrote:Another experiment in monophonic mode, I noticed some glitches/bug when trying to edit time envelopes and wavetable envelopes, in certain situations they are not editable anymore as demonstrated at the end of the video (unintentionally). it only reacts on vertical mouse movement.
the 5th point is for a random componente in the loop. also only in vertical direction.
and because it controls the random componente it reacts like that.

I guess it just needs some practice then, I shall practice this...origwt wrote:when the envelope is in loop mode the 4. point is for the loop width.Sampleconstruct wrote:Thank's - it happens when trying to edit loop length, at some point the envelope does not react to the mouse anymore and it's trial and error (mostly error), in most cases it can't be edited at all.origwt wrote:wow, that demo is very nice !Sampleconstruct wrote:Another experiment in monophonic mode, I noticed some glitches/bug when trying to edit time envelopes and wavetable envelopes, in certain situations they are not editable anymore as demonstrated at the end of the video (unintentionally). So I open my Bank I had saved yesterday after fixing permissions only to find that all the presets are gone and only one is left - named Init1, which was the one I save several days ago. Something is seriously wrong with the browser/bank/save-system it seems. So all those sound are now lost, I have some raw AU presets but the hours in between are lost, argggghhh.

but saving the bank is the most usual thing.
that works for sure.
and the presets should also be in your DAW projects.
