So I open my Bank I had saved yesterday after fixing permissions only to find that all the presets are gone and only one is left - named Init1, which was the one I save several days ago. Something is seriously wrong ith the browser/bank/save-system it seems. So all those sound are now lost, I have some raw AU presets but the hours in between are lost, argggghhh.

that works for sure.
and the presets should also be in your DAW projects.

I only have one DAW project up to now which is for creating new presets...so of course they are not in there.

When setting polyphony in Global to e.g. 14, then editing things on the main page and coming back, polyphony is set to 8 again. This really feels like a public Beta release, but I still love it.

Damn it, even after repairing permissions the presets don't save, it seems the FXB does not react at all, it shows the presets are added, and they appear in a list, then you close the DAW, reopen and BAM. I'm out of here for now...

It looks like your installer changed the permission of the main Main HD/Library/Audio/“Presets“ folder which contains thousands of presets from all sorts of plugins.

when you save a bank (with the SAVE BANK button on the browser page) the fxb gets updated. you can see that in the Mac Finder.

then when you start your DAW and load the bank manually in again you will find the correct last saved content.
