Boilerplate JRR use in pretty much all their plugin sales Ive seen. Nothing to do with U-he, though, its probably due to the fact a retailer almost certainly cant 'tap in' to every developer's plugin serial number system automatically, many will need manual intervention from JRR themselves, so they cover their arses.

It's just phrasing. They mean that they don't generate the serial themselves. Order information is sent to U-He and processed there to produce a serial number. Could be phrased better, but it's a small thing.

Nope, our resellers either distribute registration codes (vouchers) or they use ShareIt's reseller interface to create serials directly. Either way we don't process anything

That said, we prefer the reg code approach over ShareIt's reseller interface. We have not had a single complaint.
