Bummer, it seem like Presonus does not offer discounts on upgrades this year. :(

Let's hope for some better holiday deals from them.
I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies.

Guess you're referring to this:
http://blog.presonus.com/index.php/2015 ... -presonus/
Channel Strip freebie instead of discount on S1 v3.

Oh well, I'll be philosophical about it, it frees up some of my BF/CM budget for some other stuff. :hihi:

Astralp wrote:It was worth it for me when I caved in last year, it's a unique synth and is a very nice upgrade, but on the browser front it's still pretty frustrating for me. However I don't really use presets that much so not a big deal for me. I'd say get the demo and spend an hour with it to see if it's for you :) That's a great price! I do still like 2.v though it has it's own charm too.

should i buy PPG wave 3V update for 64€?
I own PPG 2 and love the sound and presets. But i hate the browser. And the handling is not really flowing for me. Will this be better in 3V? Is it worth 64€? I already bought falcon days ago and i invest all my time to lern about his capabilities. So i got the suspicion, that i would only use the presets. Maybe a little modulation. But is this worth 64€
Thanks for your opinions :D
Thank you.
heard it, bought it :D

I don't understand your reaction. Studio One 3 is out for only a couple of months. I don't see why Presonus has to offer it for half-price so soon after release...

You didn't get it - it's the bug that keep the prices high! :D

Cause it's not a bug - it's a feature!

The player is still on offer for $9

How much cheaper is it for the factory or standard versions if you buy the player?

Uncle E

Do Presonus S1 V3 upgrades bought through you come with the channel strip as well? If so are you still offering your special price? Cause that would be awesome.

With coupon:
Academic ($23.20 with coupon)
Factory ($39.20 with coupon)
Standard ($51.20 with coupon)
Everything ($151.20 with coupon)
Everything Upgrade ($139.00)

Without:
Academic ($29.00)
Factory ($49.00)
Standard ($64.00)
Everything ($189.00)
Everything Upgrade ($139.00)

So if you buy both you save a dollar on factory and it gets better from there. I didn't do all the math but it looks like they only give you 20% off the sale price with their 50% off sale going on instead of 40% off the full price. More than fair enough, although that dollar savings is cutting it real close.

That is just an unbelievable price for one of the best synth plugs out there, most def a no brainer :o

And how would you get the coupon?
