I bought a couple u-he VSTi a few days ago from B&H Photo (NYC). I received a couple codes I filled in a form the u-he web site. How and where do I download the registration codes and/or software?
I must be missing something basic. Thanks.

Good idea to install the demos first. No, I have not received my codes back from u-he. Maybe they are very busy? It should not take 3 days. . .

Sorry you had to wait. Team U-he is usually very fast in responding. I don't know which 2 of their VSTi you bought, but be assured that whichever they are, they are worth the wait (weight) in gold.

Edit. In case it isn't clear, the demo is the program when you add your authorization code.bftucker wrote:Sorry you had to wait. Team U-he is usually very fast in responding. After you entered the code on our website, you should have gotten an email with your serial number and user name. [EDIT: It was sent to you two days ago]joelsampson wrote:I bought a couple u-he VSTi a few days ago from B&H Photo (NYC). I received a couple codes I filled in a form the u-he web site. Our full versions can be downloaded normally from our website, like people pointed out. They run in demo mode as long as the serial and user name weren't entered.

It was a combination of user error (a typo on my end) and their database not liking my typo.
Quickly resolved by nice people in support. Thank you.
