Hello guys

I have a question about the Registration from the synthmaster website .
I have bought Synthmaster Everything Bundle and got a serial number.
But I can t download the synthmaster file before I register me on the website And the problem is
I don t know how I find the registration code that I need to register me on the website.
Can everyone tell me please where I get this code.

Go to the User Area ... http://www.kv331audio.com/downloadupdates.aspx
Click on the download you want. Enter your email and serial.

Edit: if this doesn't work, best to contact KV331 via the website.

I paid with paypal.

And this error message come:
Please enter a valid e-mail address to start the download.

On the website I dont can send a E-Mail because I am not a regist user

And say that my e-mail adress doesn t work?

Erm, maybe you should post yourself, in the Synthmaster support forum? That would make far more sense.

Are you sure? Where on the page is that stated? If you bought using Paypal then your email should have been passed on to KV331.

Maxxxe said he already has a serial number. Wouldn't that mean his email is already registered, otherwise how did he get the serial number?

Im not sure. He said "I don t know how I find the registration code that I need to register me on the website", is the 'registration code' something else again?
I was going by the fact that it says, on the various downloads pages it says 'Registered users can download this file by entering their e-mail address and serial numbers'.

I don't remember ever registering with KV331 ... I use my email address and serial number to download updates. AFAIK there's no login ...

@OP are you using the same email as you use for PayPal when trying to d/l synthmaster?

When you purchased SynthMaster we sent you a "serial number", maybe that email got lost during out Black Friday Week (we exceeded email quota for 2 days maybe you purchased on those days)

I sent you a serial reminder email. Did you receive it?

Thank you I had get the E-Mail,
but the problem is that my E-Mail adresse not regist on the website.

I can t send a E-Mail on the Website because the E-Mail adresse
The Serial number I have.
