It has something to do with retriggering. Only used on mono sounds. As far as I can tell that is.bh9090 wrote:And WTF does "Carry" do?

And on top of that it is possible to chain all the bands in the EQ as well ... both of themMeakaale wrote:And then you have another 8 in serial on the channel if you run out...rghvdberg wrote:Exactly the same thing I was thinking.H-man wrote:Still not really sure. Gotta say the effects are quite useful as well. Just have to make sure that I don't go too overboard on those comb sounds

Can someone upload an init sine patch without any reverb. I've read the directions on how to do it, but still can't manage it.

Thanks bro. That's what i did but it still sounds like there is some reverb or chorus when playing lower notes, on higher notes it does some more dry as I just noticed. Cheers

On the very start of that clip, turn the Output up and the reverb down.Tjgoa wrote:Thanks bro. That's what i did but it still sounds like there is some reverb or chorus when playing lower notes, on higher notes it does some more dry as I just noticed. Cheers

It's on the Globals tab. Turn down the Reverb slider, and turn up the Output slider. It has the be the weirdest default setting of any VST I've ever used.Tjgoa wrote:Thanks bro. Again - you don't need to go to Globals/Reverb to turn it down.
Instead, go to the very first page - Instrument /Globals. Find the Reverb slider and turn it down. Find the Dry slider and turn it up. You may want to take this opportunity to turn up the Volume slider as well.
Now you can go to Globals /Reverb and uncheck Activate and possibly save some CPU.

Hopefully the .rpp sfiks posted is good, you can assign in the br808 when you first assign as new virtual instrument.sfiks wrote:Here is .rppere2learn wrote:Its a bit of a puzzle to get the hang of,for sure

Included on the same thread includes details.
Have been trying to work it out myself and have been fairly successful, might be an idea to route different patches ie bass, drums, perc to separate instances if using the single out version.

What a marvelous beast of a synth. I still remember Benjamin from times of #phatbuzz irc, when he did the BeRo Tracker.
A real pity that there is no OSX version. I think Delphi is now portable to OSX, as far as I know. FL Studio was written in Delphi, too, no? It currently being ported...

Re: Filters
The voice filters, at least (haven't touched the channel stuff yet), seems to be fully parallel. All oscillators to all filters. I think. Have not figured out the Cascade and Chain options. Chain I haven't gotten to do anything yet but Cascade at least yields different sounds...
