Tracktion 6 behavior on Multiple monitor systems in linux

Tracktion 6 is an outstanding piece of software for the price; but, there is one bug in it that troubles me. In linux and on a dual monitor system, the software will NOT accept a downloaded license key (for those who cannot register directly online). Further, the software will NOT launch on a dual monitor system (at least, in my experience). I have had to turn off the second monitor to register, launch, and use the program without any problems. And, I might add, it runs flawlessly on a single monitor system in linux. I use an nvidia graphics card (GeForce GTX 750) with the proprietary nvidia driver, and perhaps that is the root of the problem. I hope this helps someone out there.
